3. Ordering and Payment

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: You may cancel a scheduled service up to seven days before the start date for a full return of paid fees via the original payment method.
• Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least five days before the scheduled date. We will accommodate one change without penalty, subject to availability.
• No-Refund Services: Prepaid on-demand workshop recordings are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase. This policy is necessary to protect our intellectual efforts and ensure fair access for all participants.

• Due to the digital nature, cancellations are not accepted once download links or access credentials have been delivered.
• If you encounter technical issues accessing a product, contact us within fourteen days of delivery. Upon verification, a return of charges will be processed via the original method within ten business days.

• Returns: Unopened and undamaged goods may be returned within thirty days of delivery. Returned items must be shipped to our address at your expense.
